Tethys Knowledge Base
Relevant Projects and Research
Tethys is an online resource that facilitates the exchange of information and data on the environmental effects of wind and marine renewable energy technologies; and serves as a commons for wind and marine renewable energy practitioners. It is therefore able to support and enhance the renewable energy community as a whole.
The core of the Tethys website is the Knowledge Base that draws together relevant papers, supporting reports, presentations, metadata, videos, and other material to provide a current state of knowledge of environmental effects. There are currently over 6,000 documents in the Knowledge Base on environmental effects of wind and marine renewable energy.
The Knowledge Base can be accessed here: https://tethys.pnnl.gov/knowledge-base.
Tethys also supports a growing community of researchers, regulators, and developers through outreach and communication channels including the Tethys Stories, pertinent organisations, databases with similar missions, and broadcasts of presentations, webinars, seminars, and symposia relating to the environmental effects of wind and marine renewable energy.
